Reservation Policies at The HollowsCancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation please ensure that you notify us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance you will receive a full refund. Any reservations that are cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Housekeeping: A non-refundable housekeeping fee of $100 will be charged to your account upon departure.
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay, including tax, is due at the time of reservation.
Pet Policy: We have limited availability of units that allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet, please make this request at the time you make your reservation. The Reservations staff will do its best to secure a pet-friendly unit for you. No pets over 24 lbs are allowed. If we do not have a pet-friendly unit available, you may choose to board your pet at a veterinary boarding facility in Lago Vista. Bringing your pet without authorization may result in a pet fee.

Rentals of 14 days or longer: If you are interested in staying at The Hollows for two weeks to one year, please contact us directly at 877.764.2004. |
