Reservation Policies at Pointe WestCancellations: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please ensure that you notify us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will be charged 50% of the stay.
Housekeeping: A non-refundable housekeeping fee of $130 will be charged to your account upon departure.
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay, including tax, is due at the time of reservation.
Pet Policy: We have limited availability of units that allow pets. If you would like to bring your pet, please make this request at the time you make your reservation. The Reservations staff will do its best to secure a pet-friendly unit for you. No pets over 24 lbs are allowed. If we do not have a pet-friendly unit available, you may choose to board your pet at a nearby veterinary boarding facility. There is a $99.00 non-refundable pet fee.
