• A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation at time of booking via a MasterCard, Visa, Amex or check
• Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount
• Payment is refundable if cancelled 31 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date
• Reservations cancelled 30 days or less forfeit all payments
• No refunds for early departures
• A valid MasterCard, Visa or Amex is required at the time of check-in for the damage waiver fee and incidental resort charges
• Minimum 2-night stay may be required
• Certain holiday periods are subject to peak season rates and may require a minimum 4-night stay.
• Reservations made for certain holiday periods may be charged the full amount at time of reservation

A non-refundable housekeeping fee of $175 will be charged to your account upon departure.
