Hali'i Kai Ocean Club
One of the best things about staying at Hali'i Kai is having your own private Ocean Club right at the water's edge. The Ocean Club offers an array of amenities that will fill your days with relaxation and fun.
- Our dramatic lagoon-style pool with a beautiful little waterfall, offers privacy and relaxation. Kick back in one of our aqua loungers-lounge chairs partially submerged in the water to keep you cool under the warm Hawaiian sun. For the little ones, a keiki wading pool offers a fun place to play. Then, at sunset, relax in our spa/hot tub.
- Grab a workout with an ocean view, on top-of-the-line fitness equipment, at our Exercise Hale.

Dining at Hali'i Kai and in Waikoloa Resort
Dining at the Ocean Club Bar and Grill at Hali'i Kai is unforgettable. Our chef prepares menu items using local fresh ingredients such as famous Waimea produce and Big Island Beef, our own chef-grown herbs and vegetables, and fresh-caught seafood. These island-inspired lunches and "pupus" (appetizers) are served Monday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. The ocean-front setting is priceless; you may find that you lose all track of time in this beautiful outdoor restaurant.
In the Waikoloa Beach Resort, of which Hali'i Kai is a part, there are two golf courses very near Hali'i Kai, the Kings Course and the Beach Course-both of which offer dining in their Grills. The Kings Course, located adjacent to Hali'i Kai, features the Kings Grill, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Beach Course's Beach Grill serves lunch and dinner.
The Kings Shops, located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, provide several dining options from casual to upscale. The Kings Shops also include a small, yet comprehensive, convenience store.
The Shops at Mauna Lani, about a 10-minute drive away, include a selection of restaurants and shops.
