KEY DELIVERABLES/SCOPE: Summary of primary job duties and responsibilities
- The Bartender is responsible for:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers
- Has knowledge of common drinks and makes suggestions to customers
- Monitor bar inventory and take appropriate action to order and restock
- May place orders and serve food to customers in bar area
- Keeps bar area neat and clean
- Collects money from patrons and accounts for drinks served
- Adheres to and follows TerraMesa Hospitality Group standard operations procedures

- Physically and actively participates in all resort outdoor and indoor activities
- Able to listen actively and work collaboratively; great interpersonal skills
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Indoor/Outdoor activities knowledge and coordination
- Hands-on experience with physical activities such as water sports, boating, kayaking, hiking, etc.
- CPR-certified; knowledge of outdoor and water safety protocols & first aid procedures
- Familiar with local area and community resources
- High School Diploma
