KEY DELIVERABLES/SCOPE: Summary of primary job duties and responsibilities

• The Bartender is responsible for:
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers
• Has knowledge of common drinks and makes suggestions to customers
• Monitor bar inventory and take appropriate action to order and restock
• May place orders and serve food to customers in bar area
• Keeps bar area neat and clean
• Collects money from patrons and accounts for drinks served
• Adheres to and follows TerraMesa Hospitality Group standard operations procedures

• Physically and actively participates in all resort outdoor and indoor activities
• Able to listen actively and work collaboratively; great interpersonal skills
• Communicates effectively both orally and in writing

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Indoor/Outdoor activities knowledge and coordination
• Hands-on experience with physical activities such as water sports, boating, kayaking, hiking, etc.
• CPR-certified; knowledge of outdoor and water safety protocols & first aid procedures
• Familiar with local area and community resources
• High School Diploma
