Terramesa Hospitality Group is different from what you might expect of a traditional resort management company. Our goal is two-fold: to make the second-home ownership experience convenient and rewarding and to provide vacation experiences that keep rental guests returning year after year.

What Makes Us Unique
At Terramesa Hospitality Group, we have taken a team approach to planning our resorts, working hand in hand with the project developers to provide our second-home owners with an outstanding lifestyle that is specific to each particular geographic area. Before ground was broken on a clubhouse, restaurant or amphitheater, we took the time to research what vacation-home owners and rental guests wanted for activities, recreational amenities and homeowner services. Each resort we operate strikes the right balance of natural and man-made amenities and creature comforts. Each is authentic to its surroundings.

Resort Club Management
Terramesa Hospitality Group offers second-home owners the benefit of Resort Club Management, a new direction for resort amenities and operations that is designed to provide property owners with a wider range of services.

Each resort community maintains a traditional Homeowners' Association to oversee the common areas and core necessities such as road maintenance, water and utilities. Then, in addition to the Homeowners' Association, owners are members of the resort's private club, which maintains the amenities and services of the resort.

Resort Club Management also delivers a range of homecare services and often operates an on-site rental management program. This operational philosophy ensures that all second-home owners experience the lifestyle they expected to enjoy in their vacation home.

The strength of any team is determined by the collective skills, knowledge and talents of each of its members. Terramesa Hospitality Group is built around a very strong group of experienced professionals and is structured to service the needs of property owners and rental guests.

Collectively, members of the management team - from the headquarters office to the resort level - have held senior-level positions at resorts worldwide. They herald from financial institutions, national hotel companies and world-renowned resorts.
